 Art Appraisals

Initial Discussion - generally, in our initial discussion we identify the intended use of the Appraisal Report and scope of work for the assignment.

Letter of Agreement - I confirm my understanding of the assignment with a letter; you sign the letter to acknowledge authorize me to begin.

Property Inspection and Inventory - I personally inspect the property to create an inventory. I identify, photograph, and record the property description and condition. You provide me with relevant information and pay a non-refundable retainer when the property inspection is completed.

Research and Analysis - once approach to value and relevant markets are defined, I conduct the necessary research and analyzes the collected data to conclude value.

Appraisal Report - I then write the Appraisal Report and deliver two copies to you with the final invoice; the assignment concludes upon receipt of final payment.

Verbal Consultations

By appointment, I conduct on-site only consultations with a one hour minimum. During this verbal consultation, I will:

During the consultation, you understand that I exercises due care in handling your property and you agree I will not be held liable for any damage or breakage during the course of my work with the property.
